*Check-in after 4:00pm.
*Checkout before 10:00am.
*Self-check-in with smart lock.
*6 guests' maximum per unit.
*No pets.
*No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes indoors.
*Quiet hours 11:00pm-7:00am.
*No commercial photos or filming.
*Children must be supervised outdoors, in Swim spa, and in the Clubhouse.
*Guests are not allowed to do anything in the pond or waterfall. No swimming or fishing, etc.
*Guests are not allowed on top of the units. This area has heights and ledge.

Clubhouse entertainment space can only be used by guests that rent the entire property. The sauna and gym can be accessed thru the Clubhouse doors and used by all guests, but dining/kitchen area is only available thru a full property rental of all 4 units. (There is a cleaning fee added in the full property rental listing for this space.)***
